The hotel is located in a convenient area close to the city center. the room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious and offered at a reasonable price. the hotel had helpful staff and great facilities , including a convenient lift and excellent room service.

The natural beauty of the surrounding area was breathtaking. We enjoyed the fresh air and the beautiful sights. the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the welcoming vibe. the bed was comfortable which made for a good night's sleep.
We were really disappointed with our overall experience. the room we were given looked clean at first, but upon closer inspection, it was quite dirty.

Hotel Gateway Shillong is highly recommended. Well-trained, helpful staff. Safe location at night. Hygiene and food quality are good. Reasonable prices.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During our Easter break, we stayed at a hotel that offered a good breakfast buffet and comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was located near several popular attractions. One of the best things about the hotel was the friendly staff and the excellent customer service.
The rooms were quite dirty and poorly maintained, with dirty bathrooms and foul-smelling walls and floors. The worst aspect of our stay was the lack of proper service, with inoperable landline numbers and broken geysers and toilet pans.
